Brilliant and trustworthy company. We were coming from Gloucester to view a car but we ended up on the side of the M60 due to a flat tire. Even after their stated closing hours, Hussain drove over to take myself and my mother over to a tire shop to replace the punctured tire. Afterwards he drove us to look at the car which we ended up purchasing. There are not many people like him in the world and i’m eternally grateful for what he did for us that day.

The car that we purchased was a Honda CRV which was in brilliant condition for a solid, competitive price. It was valeted inside and out and there was good documentation for the vehicle. The whole transaction was done in a couple of minutes after we test drove the vehicle.

Excellent experience buying from ormond was left to look at my car at my own pace with no pressure from the salesman. Was able to test drive before buying and even delivered the car to my home address as insurance was expensive for the same day and I could only get quotes for a minimum a week later. I’ve had the car for 3 months now and has been excellent, had an issue with the rear wipers after 2 weeks where they wouldn’t work occasionally which was sorted by the dealer when I told them. So far very happy with the service provided can’t fault it, thanks once again

The entire purchase was done online and Mr Hussain helped us in all ways possible, by providing videos, sharing specs, documents of the car, guiding the car inspector and lastly, delivering the car to our place himself.

This small company are doing a good job of not promoting themselves very well - but we had a good experience with them buying our daughters first car. We spent 5K on a Fiesta, which felt like a bit of a worry given they don't have a forecourt or anything and we visited them on a bit of rough ground in Bury, also that it's all done on personal emails and phones. But the car is great, checked by our local garage we have used for years and everything fine. They even did the bushes and provided 12 months MOT. So we are happy.

Recently bought a Mercedes CLC from Adam, he kindly did a walk round video of the car prior to purchase and had the wheels repainted for me, as well as new MOT, all done within 2 days to fit in with my schedule to collect the car. Excellent communication all along the way. Would definitely recommend, happy with the car and service received.
